Getting Started Is Easy

/ Our Process

Step 1
Credit Monitoring

We highly recommend enrolling in credit monitoring services, which can be facilitated through our partner, Smart Credit. This will enable us to view your tri-merge credit report from all three major credit bureaus – Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion – which is vital for conducting a comprehensive credit profile analysis. If you already have an existing credit monitoring subscription with another provider, that’s not an issue – we can use that account to access the necessary information for our review. Our ultimate aim is to gather all the relevant data needed to evaluate your credit situation accurately and develop a personalized credit improvement plan.

Step 2
Scheduling

To schedule a free consultation, please complete the consultation form and indicate your preferred date and time. Note that each person interested in booking a consultation must submit a separate form. While we do request payment information during the scheduling process, your card will not be charged until you enroll in the Sapphire Credit Improvement Program that you select. Our goal is to make the consultation process as straightforward and convenient as possible, while also ensuring that we have all the necessary information to provide you with a personalized credit improvement plan.

Step 3
Enrolling

In our first meeting, we will examine your credit report for any information that may be negatively impacting your credit scores. This includes reviewing for inaccuracies, outdated information, questionable items, unverifiable data, and inconsistencies in your credit profile. Only after identifying these issues will we enroll you in the Sapphire Credit Improvement Program. Our goal is to ensure that we address all the factors that are affecting your credit scores and work towards improving them.

Step 4
Executing

Upon enrolling in our program, the onboarding process will begin. This involves signing your contract, gaining access to your client portal, and uploading the relevant documents into the portal. We understand that promptness is essential, and as soon as we have received all the required documents, we will begin the disputing process. Our objective is to make the onboarding process as streamlined and efficient as possible, allowing us to begin working on improving your credit scores promptly.

What We Dispute

We will spare no effort in correcting, updating, or legally challenging any inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable items on your credit report, including but not limited to
